We've spent an unreasonable amount of time obsessing over details the next owners get to enjoy without living through the mess. The huge wall of windows across the back looks out over the pool and trees, bringing beautiful natural light without sacrificing privacy. The primary bedroom is separated from the secondary bedrooms, there's room to entertain, and everything is on one floor. A feature you appreciate the first time you carry a laundry basket through a two-story house.
